			This address seems to be the general RNG. It changes every frame and doing one of the following actions will change the RNG.

			* changing your gadget (pressing the button you're already on won't affect RNG)
			* jumping
			* double juming
			* ground pounding
			* crawling
			* curling up
			* gadget use

			This value determines the attacks specter does in the 2nd phase of the final boss in Any%.

			It also affects where the blue laser shots from him land and what items if any the little robot's shots drop.
