The first more risky way has you double jumping shortly to the box across from you, single jumping to the next one, and double jumping to the next. The slower safe way has you waiting on the first block until you collect the coin on the top of the ferris wheel and double jump to the box below on the other ferris wheel and double jumping to the next one. To get off the ride, you again have two options. You can do a double jump after about a second after collecting the coin. The other method is to grapple as soon as you collect the coin.
