Hoop Training

Skip

You can skip the hoop training room thanks to the conveniently placed mailbox at the start. This can be relatively tricky because of the out of bounds collision.

This skip is about 5~ seconds faster than doing the training room normally. Most of the time save is lost from having to read the mailbox.

Jump onto the mailbox and lineup somewhat like in the picture, it isn't precise.

From here you run up and do a single jump, after you are past the corner on your right you want to start holding right and slightly up and then perform a double jump to reach a ledge.
