Any%
Head toward the Sagittarius monkey and capture as soon as you touch the base of platform. Sprint towards the water. The mermaid monkey will always head right. They can be caught without using the lily pads. Dive and swim for the fastest route. Jump up the stairs and capture the bomb monkey. Bomb the wall and go towards the next wall. After the cutscene, move forward and bomb the next wall. Immediately turn around an capture the hammer monkey. (Hammer monkey can be caught immediately for more consistency with only minor time loss.) Head for the left two buttons. On a good cycle the second will be the best one to hit. In the next room use the hammer spin to clear the walls. For the axes you will have to wait for the second axe to swing. You will need to hit the three buttons on the right. The buttons are on a cycle and can quickly change. Learn the timings and pick accordingly. When you get to the three swinging axes, pick the best side to start on. Switch to the other side for the next two axes. In the next room, hug the right wall and then the left wall. Head for the corner and turn around. Wait for the vampire to land and capture him. Jump up the stairs and fly at the top of the stairs. The knight will be right behind you so go as quickly as you can. You can be down a couple steps and the height should still work. Fly toward the left wall at a slight angle. This should avoid most of the obstacles. Watch out for the last pink spike ball. Jump up the stairs to the end.
All Monkeys
Capture the Sagittarius monkey and go back and capture the mummy monkey. Switch back and follow any% into the next room. When entering the showering room hit the second wall before capturing the shower monkey. Capture all the monkey on the way to the next room. Let the knight monkey crash into the wall and capture them. Sprint toward the stairs and capture vampire monkey. Finish off with princess monkey.
For the second visit, go straight for the mermaid monkey avoiding the arrows from the enemies. Take the normal path until the buttons. Capture and uncapture the mummy monkey. Take normal path until after the triple button door. Smash the wall to reveal the ninja monkey. Head to the next room and capture the flying blue monkey. This is where the stage would end. If you are going for 100% or ALL Monkeys the extra monkey from Gachi King will be near the princess monkey.
Time Trial
Follow Any% and substitute the flying blue monkey instead of the vampire monkey.
