Tricks

Ground Pound Catch

The last monkey in the Any% route is usually caught with a ground pound.

On the wall you can see light and dark stripes. you want to align yourself on the 2nd light stripe from the left.

After you swim to this spot you want to double jump and at the peak of your jump do a ground pound with the net.

If you miss him, don't bother trying again because now he is running around instead of being in place. Instead see the Slope Jump method.

Technically a faster way to catch the last Any% monkey.

You want to swim into the corner on the left side of the wall you'd do the ground pound on with some speed (make sure you're on the surface of the water).

When you hit the corner, spike will slide up it for a moment so quickly double jump to reach the ledge.
